Calculator inputs
The interactive calculations run in your browser. We do not send your budget values or day-planning choices to an AI provider, analytics service or booking platform. Do not enter sensitive personal information into the tools.
A plan saved on this device
Choosing Save on this device stores your planning selections and route identifier in this browser's local storage under the key sydney3-plan. It is not account-based storage and does not automatically move between devices. You can delete it below, or clear site data in your browser settings.
Advertising and analytics
This launch version does not install advertising code, marketing cookies or analytics tags. If those services are introduced, this notice and any required consent choices will be updated before activation. We do not sell calculator inputs.
Hosting and external links
Hosting infrastructure may process standard request information to deliver and secure the website. Photos and site assets are served with the site rather than loaded from an embedded social feed. Opening an official source or other external link takes you to that provider, whose privacy practices apply there.
Contact messages
If you email the operator, the email provider processes your message. Use only the information needed to explain the question or correction. Contact messages may be retained for handling the request and the related correction record.
Your choices
You can use the tools without saving a plan, delete a local plan, clear browser site data, or avoid external links. Email the operator to ask about information you have supplied in a contact message.
Verified visitor chat
Chat uses Google sign-in. New chat accounts do not require a phone number or SMS code. Your Google email address is not displayed to other members. You choose your nickname and whether to share profile details or up to three photos. Online visibility and offline discovery are optional; enabling discovery can let other verified members view your shared profile. See the detailed chat notice for visibility, safety screening, retention, deletion and any records retained from the previous phone-verification system.

Community submissions and automated screening
When you submit a visitor experience, we store your display name, text, visit details, photo files, moderation results and submission reference. Text and resized photos are sent to OpenAI for automated safety screening. Photos are redrawn in your browser before upload to remove original location metadata. They remain private until editor approval.
For spam prevention we use a salted, daily hash of the connection IP address, temporary request counters and duplicate fingerprints. The community database does not store the raw IP address. Hosting providers may separately process request logs. Reports and editor decisions are recorded to handle moderation. Held or hidden submissions remain stored for review until deleted by the operator.
Do not include private contact details or photographs without permission. Email the operator for access, correction or removal requests, quoting the post reference if available. Read the community rules and permission terms.
Transport searches and favourites
Transport favourites stay in this browser under sydney3-transport-stops-v1. Removing a favourite changes only this browser. The public stop-name directory is downloaded to this browser and searched locally while the in-site board is not connected. Pasted stop links are reduced to their public stop identifiers; we do not save the full URL. When the in-site departure board is connected, public stop searches and stop identifiers are sent to Transport for NSW through this site's server. We do not keep a personal search history. Short-lived caches contain public stop or departure information. Hashed, daily connection identifiers and temporary counters limit abusive requests. No phone verification or GPS location is required. Official transport links open that provider's website, where its own privacy practices apply.
Local information, maps and beach favourites
Location is used only in this open page to sort nearby results. It is not sent to our server or saved. Opening a map loads NSW Spatial Services map tiles; directions open an external map.
Favourites stay in this browser. Official place names are preserved. Event titles are supplied in nine supported languages.
Rental advertisements
Rental submissions store the advertiser display name, consented public contact, property details, dates, photos, screening results and publication decisions. New advertisements passing all automatic checks are published after the nine supported languages versions are ready with their contact and photos. Held submissions stay private until cleared. Hidden or expired advertisements and their photos are excluded from public access. Retained submissions remain available to the operator for review and removal requests. Text and photos are sent for the automatic safety screening described above. Your chat-verification number is not copied into this form.
Private housing decision tools
Cost comparisons are stored in local storage only when you save. Viewing notes and resized photos are stored in this browser’s IndexedDB after Save. No cloud account, automatic cross-device sync, public publication or AI translation is used for these private inputs. You can remove a comparison or a note in its tool and transfer notes using your own backup file. Browser data removal can erase local records.
