Share your own experience
Include the place and visit date. Label your spend clearly. Share only your own writing and photographs, with permission from identifiable people. Do not submit private contact information, documents, precise home locations, copyrighted images you do not own, or sexual imagery involving children.
Recommendations are welcome. Personal promotion is not.
You can name a place you enjoyed and describe a disappointing visit. Do not advertise your business, add referral codes, solicit customers, post contact promotions or repeat the same message. Links and contact details are held for review. Paid or commercially connected recommendations are not accepted through this visitor form.
Automatic screening and editor approval
Server-side rules check for spam, promotional patterns and abusive language. Text and photographs are sent to OpenAI's Moderation API for safety screening. Every submission remains private until editor approval. Content flagged by rules or AI, and submissions whose AI check cannot complete, stay on hold. An automated decision can be wrong; a held submission is not an accusation.
Photo handling
The submission page redraws photos into smaller JPEG files before sending them, removing original EXIF location metadata. Up to three photos may accompany an experience. Photographs stay private while the post is on hold, pending or hidden. Do not upload anything that you would not have permission to publish.
Permission to publish
You retain ownership. By submitting, you give Sydney × 3 a non-exclusive permission to store, resize, screen and display your submission on this site with your display name. We may decline or hide a submission. We do not sell your photographs.
Report, appeal or request removal
Use the report button on a published experience or email thecafecrop@gmail.com with the post reference, title and your concern. Three distinct daily reporter identifiers temporarily hide a post for review. Reports do not permanently delete content. The editor checks authorship or permission when handling ownership disputes.
Retention and limitations
Pending, held and hidden submissions are retained for review and removal requests until the operator deletes them. Published posts remain until removed. A display name and visit details become public only after approval. Visitor reports are personal observations and may be outdated; verify current venue information before travelling.
